what spark pluggs are you lot useing?

what spark pluggs are the best to use with a JRSC,at the moment my mate is useing HKS ARIDIUM ones.Would you recomend these or a other make.what are you lot useing?.

As recommended by Keith I use NGK ZFR7F spark plugs.
